- From Soria, Madrid is reached on the A-15 and N-111 to Medinaceli, then on the A-2, which enters Madrid from the east, on the Barajas side. The airport therefore comes before central Madrid, with no need to cross the city.
- Tierra de Almazán
- Almazán lies on the A-15 and N-111 corridor towards Medinaceli, where the route joins the A-2 towards Guadalajara and Madrid. For Barajas it is the same road, reaching the airport from the east.
- Tierras del Burgo y San Esteban
- From El Burgo de Osma and San Esteban de Gormaz the route runs to Aranda de Duero on the N-122 and A-11, then to Madrid on the A-1, which crosses Somosierra and enters from the north. Barajas is close to that entry point.
- Comarca del Moncayo
- From the Moncayo to Madrid the route first goes down to Soria on the N-122, then continues on the A-15 and N-111 to the A-2 at Medinaceli. Another option is to head towards Zaragoza and pick up the A-2 there, longer but on dual carriageway once in the Ebro valley.
