Who we are in Soria

Soria has the region's poorest rail links: reaching Madrid means the A-15 or a connection at Medinaceli. Here a long transfer does not compete with high-speed rail, it replaces it — which is why it is booked in advance and to the minute.

Almazán sits on the A-15 between Soria and Medinaceli, the way out towards Madrid and Zaragoza. It is the emptiest part of the province, so transfers are booked ahead: no car drives past on the off chance here.

El Burgo de Osma sits on the N-122, the Duero road linking Soria with Aranda and Valladolid. It lives on cathedral and spa tourism and on being the gateway to the Río Lobos canyon, which has no public transport of any kind.
